In many parts of Africa, access to diagnostic healthcare remains a challenge. Rough terrain, long distances, and limited infrastructure often keep patients from the care they need.

At Vertice Mobile Healthcare, we believe healthcare should move to the people, not the other way around.
That belief inspired the Trailer-Based Mobile X-Ray Clinic, a fully equipped, off-road-ready solution that brings advanced diagnostic imaging directly to remote communities.

Built for the Toughest Terrain

The Vertice Trailer-Based Clinic is a 4×4-compatible, compact mobile facility built for mobility and reliability. Whether crossing rural villages, mountains, or disaster zones, this trailer is rugged, stable, and ready for action anywhere healthcare is needed.

Even with its smaller size, it matches the power of our truck-mountedand container-based models. It delivers high-quality digital imaging inside a fully shielded, radiation-controlled room that meets international safety standards.

“The trailer-based X-ray clinic represents the next evolution in mobile healthcare, combining robust engineering with intelligent design to make diagnostic imaging accessible wherever it’s needed most,” says the Vertice Mobile Healthcare team.

Smart, Safe, and Self-Sufficient

Every detail of the trailer supports efficiency, safety, and sustainability. Inside, a shielded and air-conditioned workspace keeps both patients and staff comfortable.

The motorized X-ray system includes auto-tracking, laser alignment, and a 43x43cm high-resolution DR flat panel for crisp, accurate images in less than five seconds. A mini PACS system allows secure image storage and review, even in the field.

For reliable operation, the clinic connects to mains, generator, or solar power, keeping services running anywhere. Shock-absorbing mounts protect critical equipment during travel, ensuring every system arrives ready to perform.

Adaptable for Every Healthcare Mission

While built for high-volume chest X-rays and TB screening, the trailer’s modular design allows for custom configurations. It can support general radiology, clinical screening, or even integrated laboratory testing such as GeneXpert for on-site diagnostics.

This flexibility makes it ideal for:

  • National TB and infectious disease programs

  • NGO and outreach healthcare projects

  • Emergency and disaster response

  • Rural diagnostic and clinical services

Optional HCF Electronic Medical Record and Monitoring software supports real-time reporting and workflow management, helping teams track and analyze program performance efficiently.
