Healthcare Framework (HCF) is a cloud-based healthcare software platform that is used to manage patient workflow, electronic medical records (EMR), patient data management, consultations and dynamic real-time reporting, providing the ultimate solution for healthcare programmes, prevalence studies (communicable diseases screening), wellness, and occupational health screening and primary healthcare consulting.
A patient's clinical information is captured and stored in a database hosted in the cloud (Azure) and is accessible from any location on a range of various devices (web, mobile, tablet) by users (doctors, nurses, patients and healthcare personnel and service providers) in different roles with varying access & control levels. Various service providers at different locations can contribute to a consultation and medical record in real time, independent of where a patient is consulted or situated.
HCF was developed to provide clients with a complete solution from capturing patient data to dynamic reporting, all integrated into a single software application, and can be customised based on the clinical information, workflow, and outcomes required by our clients.
The HCF software platform is integrated with the computer-aided diagnosis software (CAD) and cloud storage (PACS) to offer an automated solution.

Nexus AI CXR 1.0

Nexus AI CXR 1.0 is a computer-aided detection (CADe) software intended for use in the evaluation of chest X-rays (CXR).
The software assists in the detection of normal X-rays and radiological abnormalities suggestive of pulmonary tuberculosis (TB).
Nexus AI CXR 1.0 is designed to function as a decision support tool within the radiology workflow in both clinical and screening environments.
It provides the intended users with AI-generated outputs to support the interpretation of chest X-rays, but does not replace individual CXR reporting by trained professionals.
These outputs are intended to be used by appropriately trained healthcare professionals, alongside other clinical data, to inform clinical decision-making. Clinical judgement must be used in conjunction with other clinical information and diagnostic procedures. The system does not prioritise or remove cases from the worklist and does not alter the original image.
This capability can be utilised in lung health screenings, prevalence studies, and to support clinicians, healthcare service providers, and radiologists in decision-making.
